Shipping Policy
All of our products are custom-printed to order. Because items are crafted specifically for you once an order is placed, delivery times consist of two separate parts: Production Time + Shipping Time.
1. Production Time

  • Standard Turnaround: 1–6 business days
  • During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, production time may extend slightly.

2. Estimated Shipping Times & Options
Once your item has finished production, it is handed off to our logistics partners. Estimated shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • US Express / Special Line: 5–7 business days
  • Standard US Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination country and customs clearing)

Please note: Total estimated delivery time = Production Time (1–6 days) + Shipping Time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status of your shipment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, or custom duties levied by the destination country. Saratoga Snow School is not responsible for these extra charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has entered production. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
